Who we are and what this covers
This website is operated by ASOCIAȚIA CLUB SPORTIV ASHIHARA KARATE PITEȘTI, CUI 27889585, office at Str. Petrochimiștilor nr. 39, Bl. C, Sc. A, Ap. 32, Pitești, Argeș. Training takes place at Complexul John and the centres listed on the site. By using the site you confirm you have read these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the online forms or services.
Definitions
For clarity:
- Site — the public pages on ashiharakarate.ro / ashiharakarate.eu and their content.
- Club — the sports association above, including instructors and staff who organise training.
- Visitor — anyone who browses the site or submits a form.
- Forms — contact and free trial booking.
Using the website
Content is informational: programs, schedule, locations, news, instructors. Details may change; final confirmation is via contact or the trial class. Misuse of the site for spam, attacks, aggressive scraping or illegal content is forbidden.
Trial class and enrolment
Submitting the trial form is a contact request, not an automatic contract and does not guarantee an immediate spot. Participation requires respecting dojo etiquette, instructor guidance and any enrolment formalities (including parental consent for minors).
Training and fair play
Ashihara is rational full-contact karate. Groups are age-adapted; the dojo atmosphere is based on respect, discipline and safety. Unnecessary aggression, harassment or rule-breaking may lead to exclusion from training.
Liability
Contact sport involves inherent risks. Participants (or parents/guardians for minors) accept them knowingly. The club runs careful sessions but cannot guarantee that no incident will occur. Website information is not medical advice; seek a doctor’s opinion before starting if you have health concerns.
Intellectual property
Texts, photos, logo and materials belong to the club or are used with permission. Commercial reproduction or republishing without written consent is not allowed, beyond reasonable personal use (e.g. sharing a page link).
External links
The site may link to WhatsApp, maps, ANPC/SOL or other resources. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their policies or content. Check their terms before sending data there.
Personal data
Processing of form data is described in the Privacy policy. Providing false data or fictional identities when contacting the club is forbidden.
Cookies
Details on cookie types and how to manage them are in the Cookie policy.
What is not allowed
In addition to the above, on the site and in communication with the club the following are forbidden:
- Abusive, discriminatory or hate-inciting messages.
- Attempts to compromise site or form security.
- Unauthorised commercial copying of the club’s photo/video materials.
- Using club contact details for spam or unwanted marketing.
Applicable law and complaints
Relations are governed by Romanian law. We prefer amicable resolution via the Contact page. Where consumer rules apply, you may also use ANPC / SOL channels:
ANPC — Alternative Dispute Resolution ↗ SOL — Online Dispute Resolution ↗
Contact
For questions about the site, schedule or enrolment, use the Contact page, the published phone/email, or the Complexul John address in Pitești.
Final provisions
If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains valid. We may update these terms; the dated version on this page applies. Continuing to use the site after an update means you have noted the new version.
